Good design doesn’t
begin and end with fashion. But it often starts there, as it did
for French-born Roland Klein, who learned his design skills in the
famous couture houses of Paris - Dior and Patou. For several years
he was assistant to Karl Largerfeld, before moving to London to launch
his own fashion label.
Roland Klein’s many clients - celebrities,
politicians, business men and women - were all busy people who
appreciated his international design style
- a subtle mix of simplicity and sophistication - that took into
account their own surroundings as well as their looks and way of
life.
This led Roland into giving advice on interior decoration, and
to restyling homes in London, Paris and the South of France.
And thus - et voila! Roland Klein Interiors was born. |
